Terms of Service
Go Global Now | International Product Platform
Effective Date: October 9, 2026
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Go Global Now website, software, products, and related features (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by HiWi Inc. (“HiWi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our mailing address is 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. Our contact email is info@goglobalnow.net.
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization as well as the individual using the account on its behalf.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree to them, do not create an account or use the Services. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you for a particular product, feature, promotion, or integration. If a separate written agreement signed by HiWi expressly governs a particular Service and conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement will control for that Service to the extent of the conflict.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Services are designed for businesses, e-commerce sellers, and people managing business operations. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you create an account for a business, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
You agree to provide accurate, current registration information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent an issue is caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law. Do not share login credentials in a way that compromises account security. Notify us promptly at info@goglobalnow.net if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You are responsible for the conduct of any team member or other person whom you authorize to access the Services through your account. We may ask you to verify account information where reasonably necessary for security, billing, or compliance purposes.
3. The Services
Go Global Now provides software and tools intended to help e-commerce businesses analyze shops, evaluate pricing, create or optimize listings, manage product information in bulk, process or enhance images, review inventory information, and use other marketplace or cross-border e-commerce workflows made available through the platform. The features available to you may depend on your plan, trial, region, connected marketplace, and product version.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the Services develop. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of a material change that significantly reduces a paid feature during an active subscription period. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to offer a particular feature indefinitely.
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the Services are software tools and do not make HiWi the seller of your products, a marketplace, exporter or importer of record, customs broker, carrier, payment institution, or provider of legal, tax, accounting, or regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions, product listings, orders, fulfilment arrangements, and compliance obligations.
4. Seven-Day Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a seven-day free trial of the features identified when the trial is offered. The trial begins when it is activated for your account. Trial availability, features, usage limits, and eligibility may vary by offer.
No payment details are required to start the free trial. The trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. We will not charge you merely because the seven-day trial ends.
To continue using paid features after the trial, you must actively select a paid plan and complete the checkout process, including providing payment details and confirming the price and billing terms where required. If you do not select a paid plan, trial access may end or be limited when the trial expires. The handling of information associated with your account after the trial is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may limit repeat trial offers or take reasonable steps to prevent misuse of trials. Any special offer that differs from these terms will be explained when it is presented to you.
5. Paid Plans, Pricing, and Payments
Paid plans, included features, usage limits, prices, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and any promotional terms will be presented on the website or checkout page when you select a plan. Please review those details before completing a purchase. You agree to pay the charges shown at checkout for the plan you select.
International subscription payments are processed through Stripe or the payment service identified at checkout. Payment processing may be subject to the processor’s own terms and privacy notice. We may receive transaction and subscription information needed to activate your plan, manage billing, provide support, and maintain records; payment card information is handled according to the payment processor’s systems and terms.
If the plan you choose is a recurring subscription, the renewal frequency and amount will be shown at checkout. After you deliberately sign up for that paid plan, it may renew automatically for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the next renewal, as described in the checkout terms. This recurring-subscription provision does not change the rule that the free trial itself does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
You authorize the relevant payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the plan and any applicable taxes or other amounts disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for keeping billing information current and for charges arising from purchases made through your account.
We may change plan prices for future billing periods. Where required or appropriate, we will provide notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect, subject to the cancellation terms and applicable law.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Failed Payments
You may cancel a paid subscription using the cancellation method provided in your account or the method described at checkout. If you cannot access the cancellation controls, contact info@goglobalnow.net for assistance. To avoid a renewal charge, you should cancel before the next billing date shown in your account or checkout details.
Unless the checkout terms or a separate offer says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not, by itself, provide a refund for a period already paid for. Refunds, credits, and exceptions are handled according to any refund terms shown at checkout, any applicable offer, and applicable law. We will not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or overdue, we may ask you to update your payment method or temporarily restrict paid features until payment is resolved. We will use reasonable steps to communicate billing issues where practicable. You remain responsible for applicable amounts properly due under your selected plan.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable marketplace rules, and third-party terms that apply to your use. You must not, and must not help another person to:
- use the Services to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, deceive customers, or publish materially misleading or unlawful listings;
- access or attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorization;
- interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services, including by introducing malware or attempting to bypass security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code from the Services, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- scrape, copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
- use the Services to send spam, abuse marketplace systems, manipulate reviews or search results, or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
- use the Services in a way that could harm the platform, other users, marketplaces, or the public.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps, including warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination, consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
8. Marketplace Integrations and Third-Party Services
Some features allow you to connect a third-party marketplace or other service to Go Global Now using an authorization flow or API connection. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and process the information and permissions described in the connection flow and as needed to provide the features you enable.
You must have the right and authority to connect each account and authorize the requested access. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions granted and for complying with the marketplace’s terms, policies, and applicable law. You may need to manage or revoke permissions through Go Global Now or the relevant third-party service.
Third-party services are controlled by their own operators. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, policies, decisions, fees, approval processes, account restrictions, or changes to APIs. A marketplace may suspend or change your shop or its integration independently of Go Global Now. We do not guarantee that any integration will remain available or operate without interruption.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless we expressly state otherwise, referring to a marketplace or service does not mean that it endorses Go Global Now or is affiliated with HiWi.
9. Your Content and Data
You may provide or connect product listings, titles, descriptions, tags, images, inventory information, shop information, prompts, and other data or materials through the Services (collectively, “User Content”). As between you and HiWi, you retain the rights you hold in your User Content.
You grant HiWi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, display, format, and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Services; carry out instructions you give through the platform; and comply with applicable law. This license ends when the relevant use is no longer necessary, subject to backup, retention, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide User Content and authorize the processing described in these Terms. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and suitability for your business and for confirming that your use of it does not violate third-party rights or marketplace requirements.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not grant us permission to publicly disclose your non-public User Content except as described in the Privacy Policy, with your direction, or as required by law.
10. AI Features and Generated Outputs
Some Services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate, transform, summarize, score, recommend, or optimize content and information. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsuitable for a particular marketplace, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You should review and verify outputs before publishing listings, changing prices, spending on advertising, making inventory decisions, or relying on them for business purposes.
AI-generated content is not legal, tax, accounting, customs, export/import, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to use an output and for checking relevant facts, product claims, keywords, images, prices, regulatory requirements, and marketplace policies. Do not rely on generated content as a substitute for professional advice where such advice is needed.
As between you and HiWi, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for your account through the Services. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for checking and obtaining any permissions required for your intended use.
11. Our Intellectual Property
The Services, including the software, design, interfaces, branding, documentation, and materials we provide, are owned by HiWi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
While your account is in good standing and you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes during your trial or paid subscription. You may not use our name, logos, or branding without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
If you send suggestions or feedback about the Services, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not transfer ownership of your User Content or disclose your confidential information.
12. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to that policy.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Services and information we handle. However, no website, software, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, accounts, and any credentials you use to connect third-party services.
13. Business and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for your products, business operations, and decisions made using the Services. Depending on your business and markets, this may include compliance with product safety and labeling requirements, intellectual-property rights, advertising rules, consumer protection, data protection, tax, customs, export and import requirements, sanctions, and marketplace terms.
Go Global Now may help organize or analyze information, but it does not guarantee marketplace approval, legal or regulatory compliance, listing visibility, ranking, sales, conversion rates, profitability, advertising performance, or business outcomes. You should verify important outputs and obtain qualified professional advice when appropriate.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Services available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party outages, marketplace API changes, security events, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend some features to maintain security, comply with law, prevent misuse, or address technical issues. Where practicable, we will work to restore affected services and communicate material disruptions through the platform or another appropriate channel.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HiWi disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet every business requirement, that generated information will be accurate or complete, that integrations will always be available, or that use of the Services will result in marketplace approval, sales, revenue, profit, traffic, or any particular business outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HiWi and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, even if advised that such damages were possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiWi’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) US$100 or (b) the total fees you paid or owed to HiWi for the Services during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. The limitations in this section apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HiWi and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use or misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of a third party’s rights. We will provide reasonable notice of a claim for which indemnity is sought and may participate in its defense. You may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an admission, obligation, or liability on HiWi without our prior written consent.
18. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel a paid subscription as described in Section 6. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you have materially violated these Terms, created a security risk, failed to pay amounts due, used the Services unlawfully, or if suspension or termination is necessary to comply with law or protect users or the platform.
Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before a suspension or termination. We may act immediately where necessary to protect security, prevent harm, address fraud, or comply with law.
When access ends, your right to use the Services stops. Any outstanding payment obligations and provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination. We will handle information associated with your account in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law; termination does not guarantee immediate deletion of every backup or record.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. We will update the “Last Updated” date when revised Terms are posted. If a change materially affects users, we will provide notice by an appropriate method where required or reasonably practicable.
The updated Terms apply from their stated effective date. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the affected Services and cancel any paid subscription as applicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise. Subject to any non-waivable legal rights, state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or privacy laws.
21. General Terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to a particular feature or plan, form the agreement between you and HiWi regarding the Services, except where a separate written agreement expressly applies.
- Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.
- Force majeure. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread outages, acts of government, labor disputes, war, or failures of third-party platforms and networks.
- Electronic communications. You agree that we may provide notices relating to the Services electronically, including through the platform or the email address associated with your account, subject to applicable law.
